Call me Sunny or Sin, I don't mind either nickname.
I like posting about AUs and writing ideas that I have. A lot of them will probably be really random, for which I apologize. Also, I write Fanfic.
I am ADHD and Autistic. I'm 20 years old. I use They/Them Pronouns.
My favorite color is Purple. I like Butterfly's okay but out of all animals I prefer Sugar Gliders or Cats. My favorites are Hummingbirds and Otters though. I really like what Butterflies represent, too.
If you are going to be a dick, I kindly ask you to do it on your own page / blog and not mine.
If we are Mutuals, feel free to consider us friends! Reach out whenever about whatever! Whether it's through asks, comments, or DMs! You won't be bothering me, even if it takes me some time to respond!
Blog theme and dividers were created by and are owned by @lobster-graphics!! And they are absolutely beautiful!

Welcome to the June Dialogue & Trope Challenge! (Also my first time ever doing one so forgive me if there's any mistakes)
Each day includes two prompts:
✦ A line of dialogue
✦ A trope
The dialogue and trope won't always seem like they fit together—and that's intentional! The fun is figuring out how to connect them. Maybe the dialogue is spoken by the hero. Maybe it's the villain. Maybe it's a memory, a lie, a prophecy, or something else entirely.
Interpret the prompts however you like:
✦ Any fandom or original characters
✦ Any genre
✦ Any length
✦ Any rating (just tag appropriately)
✦ Mix and match genres, tropes, and settings
If you participate, feel free to tag your work with #JuneDialogueTropeChallenge (long I know) so everyone can find and share each other's creations.
Happy writing!

To celebrate the fact that we are a little over a week from the start of this year's AU Roulette, have a post detailing the 36 AUs included in this year's challenge!
Like in previous years, this year's AUs have been curated to be intentionally broad, in the hopes that they will encourage unique takes on each prompt and the creativity of the authors participating. You are welcome to write anything that falls under the umbrella of your assigned AUs, whether it's an original universe, a fusion inspired by another fandom, or something else entirely.
(What's AU Roulette, some of you might be asking? An explanation can be found here, and the link to sign up for this year's challenge is here)
Without further ado -- the AU list, under a cut:
Roleswap - Maybe you want to switch two characters' places, do a class-swap for a D&D fandom, try your hand at an age-swap fic, or you have another idea.
Gothic Horror -- Castles. Ghosts. Vampires. Drama. Love that conquers Death. Take your inspiration from classic literature or a newer entry in the genre, like The Locked Tomb books. But be sure to make things spooky.
Post-Apocalypse -- Will the world end in fire or in ice? Or maybe economic collapse, war, zombies, or one of many other options? You write what happens next!
Fairy-Tale -- Pick a classic tale from the Grimms, Hans Christian Andersen, Asbjørnsen & Moe, Charles Perrault, or another favorite author to inspire your AU, try out a more modern re-telling, or use fairy-tale elements to craft your own story.
Time Travel -- For fixing mistakes, making things worse, or time loops. Or maybe you want to write a fusion inspired by a piece of popular time travel media, like Doctor Who.
Coffee Shop -- A classic everyone knows and has strong feelings about. Play it straight or add a twist, whichever suits your fancy! After all, no one said where the coffee shop has to be...
Paranormal Investigators -- Maybe you want to write a story starring the next Scooby-Doo crew, or maybe there really is something strange in the neighborhood. Or maybe it'll never be clear what really happened -- it's your choice!
High Fantasy -- Elves and dwarves and gnomes, oh my! This AU could encompass everything from Middle Earth to D&D AUs to your favorite high fantasy books you read over and over as a kid. Or maybe you have your own spell to weave.
Theater -- Are your characters famous stage actors? Putting on a community theater performance? A musical? Whatever the case, the show must go on....
Band/Musicians -- Whether you decide to make the characters in your AU famous pop stars, part of an orchestra, students at a conservatory, jamming together in their garage, or otherwise musically-inclined, have fun with it!
Cosmic Horror -- You don't have to love Lovecraft to get creative with this AU. Make characters comprehend the incomprehensible, send them messages from beyond the stars, and get a little creepy.
Sports/Athletics -- Pick a sport, any sport -- whether a team game like hockey, an individual one like archery, a paired one like figure skating, or something a little unconventional, like roller derby or HEMA. Then it's ready, set, write!
Historical Era -- An AU type absolutely bursting with potential, from medieval romances to 1920s Prohibition AUs, to ones inspired by historical fiction like Les Miserables. Whatever era of history strikes your fancy, you can write it.
Space Travel -- A science fiction classic with endless possibilities. Whether you want to write modern-day astronauts, a futuristic Star Trek AU, or something even more out there in a setting brimming with galactic empires or undiscovered alien species, the sky isn't even the limit with this AU!
Urban Fantasy -- For all your modern-with-magic settings. Write an AU inspired by something like Teen Wolf, Artemis Fowl, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, or Rivers of London, or invent your own world where witches and websites coexist.
Library/Archives -- What secrets are hiding in the stacks? Whether it's some kind of ancient evil or just some mis-shelved books, a librarian's work is never done so long as there are materials to catalog and patrons to assist.
Wilderness Survival -- Strand your characters on a deserted island, or maybe deep in the woods somewhere. Or up a mountain, in the Arctic, or somewhere else unsuited for human life!
Shapeshifter -- Can the characters in this AU turn into anything they want? Or maybe they're more limited, like selkies -- even unable to control their shapeshifting at all (can I get an "awoo" from the werewolf fans?)
Classic Literature -- An AU somewhat more dependent on fusion ideas, but still very flexible! Pick a favorite classic book or play and let it inspire your writing!
Dystopian -- Create your own awful society or let a favorite piece of media guide you, like writing a Hunger Games AU. Will the characters break the cycle, or end up trapped in it?
Scientist -- Write characters as normal biologists, physicists, chemists, or even the next Victor Frankenstein!
Mecha -- Giant fighting robots, what's better than this? Opt for a classic Pacific Rim AU, one based off your favorite anime, or something of your own creation.
Medical/Hospital -- Are the characters working there, or the victims of some unfortunate accident? Or maybe it's a bit of both. Take it wherever you feel like.
Mystery/Detective -- Whether you're writing the world's greatest detective or some meddling kids, play up the mystery! Use a classic locale like 221B Baker Street, or invent your own.
Archaeologist -- Send your characters to work at a dig or a museum, or possibly toss in a little extra adventure, Indiana Jones style. Or maybe you just want to nerd out about pot sherds.
Heist -- Will you write a story about master thieves? Vigilantes righting some wrong? What's being stolen and why? Try a Leverage AU, or a caper of your own making.
Mythology/Folklore -- Write a story inspired by your favorite myths and legends, from a whole host of different cultures. Or maybe you'd like to try your hand at writing some epic poetry?
Seafaring -- Including but not limited to Pirate AUs and other Age of Sail adventures. Try out something more historical, or throw in as many fantasy elements as you'd like -- or a bit of both.
Canon Divergence -- Have you ever wondered what would happen if one little (or big!) thing had been different? Butterfly effect fans rejoice -- it's time to figure it out.
On-the-Run -- Are the characters in this AU escaped experiments? Hiding from the government? On the run from the law -- and did they really do it, or were they wrongfully accused?
Superpowers -- Invent an original universe or do a fusion with one of the many popular big-screen superhero stories. Play it straight and give your favorite characters cool powers, or try a deconstruction of the genre. With great AUs comes great responsibility
College/Academia -- Are the characters in your AU students? Professors? Weary adjunct? Throwing hands at a conference? Some mix of the above?
Journalist - For everything from local anchors and newspaper staff to big-league investigative reporters. Write characters who'll do anything to get a scoop or with a strong sense of justice -- it's your call!
Alien Encounter - Write a peaceful first contact, a SETI researcher having a wild day at work, a dubious alien abduction, or a full on invasion of Earth. What is out there?
Greenhouse/Flower Shop - How does your garden grow? A great opportunity to write characters as coworkers and/or customers -- as well as to decide if they have a green thumb or not...
Ghost/Haunting - Not necessarily a horror trope, though it's your choice! There are plenty of other ways to haunt the narrative though.
I'm of the opinion that it I drink enough coffee, I'll stop hurting. Or being sick. One of the two.
And the thing is, tw; sickness, I would prefer being sick sick (throwing up kind)never the soreness sick. Soreness sick just hurts and I don't like it.
My throat hurts, if anything touches me "too hard" I hurt, my neck hurts, my shoulders hurt, my hips hurt when I turn or lean, my back hurts, my head hurts (more headachey)... I would prefer throwing up to be honest. At least then there's tangible proof that I'm sick and not just being "over dramatic".
Also, I would only have to worry about not breathing versus the hurts to breathe. I hate when it just hurts to breathe or exist.
Saturday had it hurting to breathe with chest pains, maybe slight light headedness
Sunday gave me a really gravelly voice so it sounded like I had just woken up... All day... As well as hurting to breathe, couldn't breathe, chest pains, throat pain, and some other similar things as well. A huge headache too.
Monday gave me aches and pains everywhere. Like, I mean everywhere. Sore throat, small headache that carried over from day before. Sweating so badly and over heating more than normal, and I couldn't get my voice higher than a quiet talking. Even when I tried to yell it just came up to a normal talking level. Maybe a bit louder than that and it hurt. Did I mention the sore throat?
Giggling also made me cough which was annoying and took the fun out of everything I was reading and watching.
And now, Tuesday, my voice is even worse than Sunday. It's a little difficult to understand myself. Sore throat, slight headache, my body must be colder than normal despite sweating all the time.
Took a shower and it lasted an hour because, despite being on the lowest setting, it felt like I was being burned by the water the entire time. It doesn't hurt so much to breathe as my throat just hurts doing anything.
I'm having my bank card to a family member and just requesting two things: Numbing Spray, and cough drops because guess what? The fuckign cough is back. Involuntary coughing is just... So fun.
Plus side is my dog is more than willing to cuddle with me.
I'm of the opinion that it I drink enough coffee, I'll stop hurting. Or being sick. One of the two.

I both love and hate when a name just suddenly... Possesses me.
Why does Oakley have to be such a pretty name?? And I can't even use it??
Perfect for the day dreams, but not for much else unless I wanted to start writing original fiction, or give my Universal OC a sibling.
Hollis "Holly" whatever last name suits the universe
Oakley Hazel whatever last name suits the universe. Or if I wanna be funny, her name is Hazel Oakley, an adopted sister, who goes by the name Oakley because she has bad memories with her first name because of people.
See, I can name characters but I can't name myself.
Context: Genderfluid Enby who hasn't found a name that fits yet.
Focusing mostly on The Coven of course, I love my Coven...
Scott Goldsmith, son of a famous actor and heir to a fortune so long as he doesn't make himself an embarrassment to the family, Son of Zeus, Speculated Legacy of Aphrodite.
He can fly and control lightning. He can also turn himself invisible but no one knows how yet.
Owen Archers (headcanon last name), Son of Hephaestus and a Lumberjack who does a lot of woodworking at Camp.
He can control fire, and has a knack for building things but mostly if they are out of wood.
Pyro, Son of Apollo, a Scholar at heart and the son of one too. Pyro is constantly trying to learn to teach others. Hesitant and paranoid, Pyro is jumpy around those he isn't comfortable with.
He has a great memory and a thirst for knowledge, Pyro has no issue seeing in most light levels, Heat does not affect him, and can hold a tune very well. Sensitive hearing though, no secret is safe with Pyro around.
Shelby Suncliffe, Daughter of Apollo, Loves to explore and get to know people, and is absolutely certain that Creatures of the Night Exist and wants to meet them. "We exist, so why don't they? Why can't they?" - Shelby, at one point.
Can bend the light, sense life, and do minor first aid. Much prefers making light shows for the younger kids at camp, but can use light to fight effectively. Can also make herself appear invisible.
Drift Orchisa, Daughter of Athena, a Detective at heart and constantly trying to solve cases and strange happenings in camp.
She remembers things with an ease no one can match, and can and will recall facts in seconds. Does get stuck inside their head reliving memories sometimes.
Avid, Son of Dionysus, constantly appearing as if he's either insane or drunk, Avid is certain that the things going on at camp are because of Scott (not entirely wrong) or because of ghosts.
Avid can control grape vines, has luck with harvests involving berries, can sense insanity, and is great at Archery.
Other's you're probably curious about and want to know who they are the child of:
Louis, Son of Apollo
Cherri, Daughter of Aphrodite
Elle, Daughter of Hermes
Martyn Woodhurst, Son of Hermes
Renhardt Dogmourne, Son of Ares, Twin Brother to Pearl, Werewolf
Apokuna Appleton, Daughter of Demeter
Dr. Legundo, Son of Ares, Legacy of Apollo
Cleo, Daughter of Demeter
Pearl, Daughter of Ares, Twin Sister to Ren, Werewolf
I've been very curious as to how a Human Scott Goldsmith would have been like. Owen and Cleo would be the starting vampires in this AU.
Cleo is fully wanting the town to just exist in peace, wants to just hide and exist with others after her Coven's death, after her Mother's (her Sire) death.
Owen wants all humans to suffer and die for what the (his) original town did to his Sire, his Louis.
Scott would either be the first turned, or the second turned and I cannot figure out which I want. Scott and Pyro would be Owen's Fledglings, and I have like... so many ways I could write it.
Scott and Pyro running away to Oakhurst together? Scott then writing letters to his fiance (Cam) all the while and not telling Cam where they are before his letters tapper off and Cam trying to find him (paralleling Scott to Apo).
Scott running away on his own, knowing his fiance is going to join him as soon as he can, meeting Pyro at the town and seeing Cam in him (both being scholars and overtly anxious, though Cam hides his anxiety behind flirting) and wanting to protect / help him like Scott does Cam.
Either way, if Scott is turned first, it's because he draws Owen's attention to himself and is turned first. Owen would see so much of Louis in Scott that he would naturally be nicer / gentler with him and I actually have something like that written out to test it.
Or, Owen targets Scott first when he reveals himself as a Vampire and Scott never sees it coming but is just hoping Pyro gets away and just accepts that he may / will die. It takes him off guard when he wakes up because he really did think he was going to die.
If Pyro is turned first, then Scott is forced to see how violent Owen can be when feeding from someone... Pyro shouting, trying to get away and Scott is frozen in fear at the beacon, the turning happening in the waterand Scott thinking that Pyro was dead and there is a lot of blood in the water.
If Scott runs upon seeing Pyro getting turned, he would go the opposite way of where Owen and Pyro are. He'd probably make it to solid land, having crossed the lake and made it into the forests before he's caught. Scott's fully expecting violence but is met with a tenderness from Owen that he didn't expect, and a much more gentle turning than what he witnessed (and Owen seeing Scott's memories of the event would cut into him and he wouldn't know why).
If Scott tries to fight Owen, he would get a more violent turning but not as violent as Pyro's. He'd get thrown and pretty hurt from it while Owen focuses on Pyro because Pyro is shouting and making a ruckus. Owen would turn Scott while he is unconscious so the last memories he has of being human are violent.
If Scott is sat frozen from fear, Owen would approach him slowly (for him, for Scott he just appears at the bottom of the beacon), and it would be a toss up of whether Scott lets Owen turn him at the bottom of the beacon (he would be silently crying though), or if he would end up arguing / fighting with Owen and then be pinned and turned.
Either way any of these events happen, Pyro is terrified of Owen, and clings to Scott's side and is a "yes-sir/e" to Owen. He is a bundle of anxiety with anyone but Scott. This brings suspicion to Scott being a vampire and having done something to Pyro, which hurts Scott because these were the first people to not care about his status and who he was.
Scott would be Shelby's Sire in this AU! At least, if she's turned sooner than in canon and in the privacy of their home (add some more hurt to their home being burnt down, since it would be where she was turned).
But, if she is turned at the same time as canon, or similarly enough, Pyro will still be her sire, though she'll default to Scott because Pyro does.
Owen would try kill Apo when she discovers the (coven) Vampires, who would be saved by Cleo (and turned by her) in the end. Cleo is horrified about how many fledglings are now in town, worried about the towns safety with the fledglings in such a volatile state.
Pyro is the only one that she really needs to worry about though, as he is more easily swayed by his emotions than Scott and Shelby. Shelby because she's too nice and naive, and Scott because he's still living under the idea that he needs to maintain an image at all times.
Only Owen and (maybe) Pyro have ever seen Scott lose his shit and it was soon after his turning.
Avid would have two bouts of distrust and dislike with Scott! He assumes Scott is a vampire because of Scott's need to keep an image, and because Scott's a manor lord / heir of a family and some sort of business (Scott doesn't exactly keep secrets unless his safety is at risk).
I don't know what the business would be just yet, but maybe something that potentially linked Pyro and Scott's family? Even if the two don't know each other, they would at least recognize their family names from business.
Abolish would know about Cleo being a vampire, but not Owen. He'd figure it out quick just based on how Cleo acted, or at least know that there's something wrong with the ones that left with Owen to any degree.
Drift is to Avid what Scott is to Pyro. They help the other and soothe what they can. Distract when they can't soothe. Drift and Scott are very similar in how they react to things, but definitely NOT for the same reasons.
From what I know of Drifts lore, she's a detective that fled the city, afraid for her life while trying to stop a string of killings that would leave an Orchid (?) at the crime scene (one showed up on her doorstep).
She would end up discovering that Scott is not human, and then is also turned by Scott, making Drift his fledgling. He helps her adjust from what he knows, and advises her to hide it as much she can.
Owen actually considers turning Legs!! He ends up feeling something for Legs, and wants Legs to stick around a lot longer than he's supposed to. He has figured out why Legs doesn't want to be turned, but he doesn't care.
Only thing stopping him is the fact that he, himself, was turned by Louis who was much much kinder than Owen and Owen still wants to make Louis proud. He ignores how Pyro specifically was turned because to him, Pyro was never supposed to have been turned.
Ren and Pearl are both werewolves, and only Cleo (and Abolish) recognize that. Even with Shelby having mentioned and talked about them, she was largely ignored. Ren would have been killed if someone tried turning him anyways. He still dies at the end of the series because he would rather die then let the Vampires win while he still breathed.
Pearl was only half Werewolf; had all the senses, urges, and instincts, but completely unable to shift or turn. She would survive the turning process (and still becomes Cleo's fledgling) and be able to shift on full moon nights (and, ironically, new moon nights).
Scott points out that if Martyn was actually Noble, he wouldn't act like he does and his lie is pointed out at the beginning (making Martyn hate him quite a bit). Martyn is why Scott was driven out of town after Scott is turned, and later Shelby leaves too after too many fights and arguments with Martyn. He ends up too despaired when it becomes apparent that the humans weren't going to win, and dies in a way that he chooses too.
Sausage, the writer and author, is turned by Shelby in private before the final confrontation with the town (and Cleo's coven). The two of them bonded over writing and talking about contacts for publishing, and Sausage ends up getting turned when he asks her too. Owen is irritated by it, but Scott defends them by pointing out that it is one less human to worry about.
Abolish is the only human to leave Oakhurst, once more, but not for lack of Cleo trying.
Avid is turned by Scott at some point, instead of Shelby, and he protects Avid just like he protects Pyro, just in different ways. Owen ends up turning Legs, just to see how Legs would react and Pearl and Scott have to talk Legs off a ledge after he attacks Owen. Owen almost kills Legs in retaliation, but Scott talks him off a ledge too.
Legs turns Abolish lets himself be killed so that Abolish can be human again. Abolish has mixed feelings about this as he ended up falling in love with Legs.
I could be swayed to a "Everybody lives/Nobody dies" way of events, even Ren and Martyn living, and it being Future Legs/Abolish, even if it's never actually written. It's a fun idea.
Scott would end up leaving the Coven when they leave Oakhurst, but only for a short while, to turn (offer) Cam, so that the other could come with him.
Or maybe Scott drags the Coven back to his home, and learns that his father had passed after Scott had disappeared (it had been months) and people were overjoyed at Scott returning (the servants all told stories of how much kinder Scott was than his father).
His mother makes no comments about the people he returns with, though she eyes Pyro consideringly, before pretty much adopting Pyro and passing the business to Scott and 'retiring' in a home that Scott bought for her to live in (she picked everything, Scott paid for it, and he makes sure that she is well taken care of).
Cam comes to visit him after Pyro's adoption and the two get married (also in secret). What's not secret is that Cam and Scott are almost always together after they marry.
I was thinking more along lines of Scott/Cam because the AU was also spawned with that initial starting point of Scott running away because of his secret relationship with Cam (paralleling him to Apo, though Apo/Cherri wasn't secret, just heavily frowned on)... Though... QPR Scott/Owen with Romantic Scott/Cam... Now there's a thought...
See.... I wanna write with a really fun idea of Forcefully cured Scott Goldsmith, and Forcefully cured Owen, because of a fic I read that was based on that ('No Cure Comes Without Its Drawbacks' by RoseGoldOrigins) but like...
What do I call the AU? I need an AU base name to put on the folder so I can write the au but I don't know what to call the AU??
Same with Reincarnation but with only some of the cast (based, again, off of another fic I read which is part of a series; Phoenix/Beanie's VSMP Reincarnation AU).
I don't want to call them anything about the AU itself but what I'm writing the AU for.
Like, am I writing it for the community (them all together and bonding) or am I writing it for a specific relationship development or am I writing it for a specific scene I had in my head? Am I writing it because I really loved what inspired the au (whether or not anything else is why it's being written, I always write because I love what inspired it, no matter what, just sometimes it's way way way more prevelant)
