Eddie has a backpack with an absurd amount of unnecessary medical supplies in it, along with a butt ton of sunscreens, and extra clothes. His cargo shorts are also filled with bandaids, because he tends to forget his backpack.

Ben has started wearing clothes 3 times his actual size after bad run in's with clothes that actually fit him. It in turn makes him look a lot bigger than he actually is, and thus continues the cycle.
