So I started watching Little Voice (on Apple TV) highly recommend if you love music, New York, and Sara Bareillis, but I have to say my favorite part was when Bess who is the main character’s brother Louie who is on the autism spectrum and is a broadway fanatic was telling Bess and her friends about his day he spent at Broadway Con. He went dressed as Evan Hansen and talks about meeting a bunch of other people also dressed as Evan Hansen and even met Noah Galvin, but guess who plays Samuel one of Bess’ friends who makes a comment to Louie about Dear Evan Hansen? Colton Ryan aka was the original understudy for Evan Hansen, Connor Murphy, and Jared Kleinman on Broadway aka has literally been Evan Hansen aka about to be Connor Murphy in the movie adaptation!!! Totally meta and I loved it so much. Made my musical loving heart so happy! If this doesn’t make you want to go watch the show...
