Okay, so-- Starro had the idea to build an evil, vaguely aquatic one-eyed monster-- because that’s kind of his thing-- but he was being kept in a giant fishbowl by Batman, who wanted to study him, so he telepathically reached out to the Riddler, who designed the robot cyclops, and then sent those designs back to Starro, who incepted them in Batman’s brain, after which he commissioned robotics expert Dr. Anthony Ivo to actually build it. And also there’s a satellite involved.

As Riddler’s plan quickly unravels, Riddler stubbornly refuses to believe that his plan is unraveling.

In which a vaguely aquatic, cyclopean android menace is released into the world. But he’s still having some trouble with his vowels.

Scarecrow and Riddler have an epic supervillain fight.

Dr. Anthony Ivo frees his creation.

After a brief fight with Batman, Scarecrow returns to his room at Arkham Asylum.

Batman orders Dr. Anthony Ivo to terminate his secret robotics project-- but Dr. Ivo ain’t having it.

Meanwhile, in a laboratory hidden beneath the docks of Gotham City...
