my anxiety and self criticism is on the peak today ... feel like crap and not good enough for anything ... it got triggered with just one comment and it wasn't even meant to be mean just a fcking normal comment... I hate this

I dont want to give up on my dreams. for years i fought for them and got to this point in my life. but to realise that they are vanishing right in front of me is painful. it's all bc people cant accept me for who I am. I wanted to stay true to myself and not change for others. but at this point it is possible that I'll do it at some point. but at what cost?
