the conversation at the end of the episode hurt:

“i ain’t like you morph. some of us gotta be one thing.”

“and you’re only what? and animal with claws?”

“that’s what i’m best at being.”

“doesn’t that make you sad?”

great at emphasizing how Logan doesn’t know how to be a person. all he has ever been is a weapon for other people to use. to the point when even given a decision to CHOSE whether or not he wants that life again he immediately does because what else is he meant to do? who else is he meant to be? and it’s so sad because there’s finally someone who sees something in Logan besides just being “Wolverine” even when he can’t. morph tries to empathize with Logan and see his humanity but the message can never quite reach him :(

on one hand i think magneto isn’t dead and that he’ll eventually come back by the next season and on the other hand i think it cheapens his death scene by doing that?

it’s no secret that comics love killing off characters only to bring them back not long after but i think it really depends on the execution (as i assume we’ll see with gambit later on in this season).

i have pretty high hopes though and i think if any superhero show were to bring back a once dead character and make it feel satisfying it would probably be this one
