i don’t think it’s mean or bad to acknowledge you were a loser at some point in your life like therapy teaches you that you must be compassionate towards yourself and we’d all do very well to do away with shame and that’s bible honestly but i think sometimes you do need to look at your life and look at your choices and think “oh my god i am a fucking loser” and ask yourself what you’re gonna do about it and go do it
