Ever since making her grand appearance at the party, Ophelia had started to feel more at ease when it came to going out in public. Nobody seemed to abhor her presence, which wasn’t a bad thing. As she sat in the coffee shop, Ophelia attempted to write vigorously. She’d had a good train of thought going, but that was until a familiar face entered the shop’s front door.
Sutton was merely looking for company. It seemed like more than good enough reason to stroll through town peeking through the windows of various shops mindlessly as she tried her best to kill time. Her feet began to ache, though, crammed into an old pair of shoes that were slowly becoming too small on her. So she decided to take harbor in the cheap coffee shop that wasn’t far from her, believing that she’d be able to get away with just sitting at a table without actually ordering anything.. She pushed the front door open easily, eyes scanning the room immediately to catch Ophelia’s silhouette in the far corner. Truthfully, she wouldn’t have spared a second glance if the shop hadn’t been almost filled to capacity. She walked forward, her hand tracing along the wooden table as she approached the shy girl with a mocking laugh. “Is this your dairy? What- are you still five?”
