As a toddler mom,Ā my weekends typically involve a little Netflix and pizzaĀ (and Iām not complaining).
Since Iām not usually out and about late on weekend nights anymore, I generally wake up early, feeling fresh, and ready for action and adventure on my weekend days. And to be perfectly honest, I prefer it that way.

Finishing my last long training run (the Elk Kings 50K) before Rio Del Lago 100 feels like such a big accomplishment. Somehow it almost feels bigger than the race itself.
