Idia is so the underworld saga coded! In the underworld, surrounded by the souls of the dead and those he lost. Filled to the brim with feelings of guilt for someone’s death, He’s also literally Hades. I found that this fits well within the story of book 6, when Idia goes down to the gate of the underworld and opens it, because of Ortho.
