Seoul, 2195. Once a bustling hub of innovation, art, and culture, Seoul is now nothing but a chaotic mess with a corrupt leader, soaring crime rates, surging poverty and a broken system. In the midst of chaos you meet Jungkook who is 7% human and 93% programmed steel, created by the government for the sole purpose to kill and destroy. But Jungkook begins to develop strong emotions and independent will, unable to control feelings he was never programmed to feel, and now the very people who created him are set out to destroy him.
