another one of my heart in the lamplight, ft. bruises from putting it through abuse every day this week. More of a rest day today but I’ve felt my heart hitting my sternum all day. Something about ramming a hard object into my chest over and over might have something to do with that… I was trying to disrupt the rhythm last night by squeezing her as hard as I could, quickly letting off, and repeating.

Some interesting things happened during my filming today. I intended to record my heart rate when sitting and when standing, but unexpectedly... I felt my heart pounding faster and faster, my legs went numb, my head felt light, and I started to have trouble breathing

Perhaps I shouldn't have stood up so quickly 😷
