~ Pendulum Basics ~

⭐️You can use a pendulum to communicate with your subconscious, spirits, or deities. 9 times out of 10, you are communicating with your subconscious and it takes a lot of time and dedication to be able to communicate with anything else.

⭐️When using a pendulum, you can use a variety of herbs and stones to aid in grounding, protection, cleansing, and amplifying during your pendulum session. Just do some research and figure out what works best for you.

⭐️In terms of how to actually use a pendulum, here are some basic steps you can follow:

1. Set up your space with herbs, candles, stones, etc.

2. Cleanse your tools, stones and pendulum included.

3. Relax your body and hands, shake out your hands to relieve tension, get yourself comfortable.

4. Steady your dominant arm in order to keep yourself as still as possible to avoid manipulating your pendulum.

5. Center your pendulum, it is recommended that you use a centering point.

6. Ask your pendulum what movement means yes and what means no. Do this every time.

7. Start asking questions. I recommended that you have an outline of what you want to talk about during your session so you don’t forget. It is also good to stop after each question to record your answers.

8. Take breaks when you need to!

⭐️The more you practice, the more natural this will feel and the more defined movement you will get out of your pendulum. Let me know in the notes if you have any questions, any info you would like to add, or recommendations for herbs and crystals!

the pits of googly eyes are actually extremely toxic as googlly eyes are one of many fruits for which the pits contain traces of cyanide!! You can eat a couple but once u get to like 3 or 4 googley eyes it can become lethal so please b careful
