MERHABA YEMEK-INO part 3 Hi everyone!!! Here another recipe of my blog column about turkish tradition. This is a ZEYTINLI EZMESI AçMA, or donut with olive paste. I use to eat this delicious donut for a break time. You can find in any bakery in Istanbul. What ingredients you need? For the dough: 1 cup of milk 1 teaspoon of salt 1 pack of yeast or fresh yeast 1 1/2 littlespoon of sugar 1/2 cup of sunflower oil 270 gr flour For the donut’s luster: 1 yolk sesame olive paste How to do? Put the yeast in warm milk and sugar. Sift the flour and combine the salt. Combine the milk and oil, then mix all together. Wait the yeasts grow for 30 minutes. Shape donuts and fill it with olive paste. Brush on it the yolk and scatter sesame. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes (it depends of your oven). It’s a strepitous recipe!! Afiyet olsun.
