my new alex and ani bracelet in front of the castle!!!!! Please do not steal my photo!
So I've been trying to find info on seasonal cast members, and I've not been able to find much info. I know you have to work 150 hours on a rolling calendar, but do you or anyone else know how much time you must be available for at the beginning to train? And any other useful info? I know the system has changed the past couple of years so just looking for anyone that could help! Thanks!
I believe for new seasonal (or casual temporary/CT) you have to give somewhere between 6-10 weeks of initial availability to train and get comfortable in the role before giving other availability (like only certain times of the year; holidays, school breaks, etc.). I loved being CT even when I was living full time in the Orlando area since I was able to guarantee any days that I wanted off, but it was also hard to get hours during non-peak seasons. Depending on the line of business you get into, there will most likely be a lot of hours to go around if you only plan on giving peak season availability!
