Ah I changed the name of the page again because I feel like this fits me way better and it is also the name of my new website, which will be awesome once it launches next week.

Migraine is finally over after two days of hell!! I am almost certain that it was because of not eating completely right the last few days. Had something over the weekend that friend told me does not contain gluten buuuuut the bloatedness and crappy feelings I've had after is an indication that it definitely contained Gluten or Dairy or some of the other things I try to stay away from at the moment. My face looks like Satan tried to play tic tac toe on it and I've been moody as eff.
Getting back on that lifting train today though, might go do a CrossFit WOD even.

Definitely thinking of doing some light yoga this evening as well, thank you for the suggestion!
I haven't trained at alllll today and much like forgetting to shave the thought is weighing me down. I am forced to take a rest day because I have a massive migraine but will definitely do some foam rolling for achy muscles in a dark room.

I am pretty sure that I will disappoint a few of you... This will definitely be my little space where I share my training sessions, my food, maybe some Paleo recipes or tell you which yoga poses are my favorite and how important foam rolling is. You may see lots of nut butter posts and bacon, there will be quite a lot of bacon as well.
I run, I lift, I do yoga and pilates, I go cycling from time to time and I swim. Within these things there are lots of other things and I will share everything on here that I don't dare share on my private page (I'm guessing if you followed me here you already knew that).
