I hate change, I’m scared of change, I need something big in my life to change soon or else I’ll go crazy
"!!" is its own word to me
extremely underrated subgenre of tumblr post: when someone makes a general statement about something, and another person offers a counter-statement that's just completely nonsensical, and the OP just agrees instantly even if it makes no sense at all

even they were weirded tf out
Bitches love reblogging this post every Tuesday the 18th

All Creatures Great and Small (2020-) Nicholas Ralph as James Herriot and Rachel Shenton as Helen Herriot 1x1, 1x6, 2x5, 4x1, 5x6
*slaps hood of car* This cozy feel-good show can pack so much whump in it! It truly has it all - exhaustion, fevers, hangovers, sports injuries, getting punched, multiple emotional breakdowns... and that's just what I decided to fit into this gifset!
There's plenty of whump to go around for all the main characters, but James is my personal favorite, if you can't tell by all the fics I've written and gifs I've made. Full credit to Nicholas Ralph for having the biggest, bluest, most expressive puppy eyes ever. Literally every other screencap of James, especially from S1 and S2, looks like he's on the verge of a breakdown.
i love when a character with a severe anxiety disorder fucks up over and over and blows up their whole life about it. we have a fair amount of characters with mild anxiety (not that theres anything wrong with that) we need more characters who just cannot function or stop themselves from ruining everything good in their life out of fear
The thing I find most fun about this is the possibilities it opens up for making up your own words. OR for making up new meanings for old ones.
when quality fandom blogs follow you and you’re just like are u sure

genuinely I'm so sick of people wanting all fiction to be ethical. can we all just get a little gross with it. the point of fiction is that it's not real. we can be unethical in fiction; same goes with being perverted with fiction, being unrealistic with fiction, and being grotesque with fiction. not all fiction has to be ethical, not every character has to be ethical, and that's okay. can we stop with the puritanism. be gross. be unrealistic. be whatever. if I don't like it it's not my business as long as we're all clear that its fictional.
We live in a system that makes money off of your misery and ambivalence. It relies on people thinking that they are inherently bad for the planet and that the world is ending so why change? Why try? --This is untrue! We belong here, on this one beautiful green earth and we have to work together to protect it. You have the power to do more than you know. You have a role to play in your ecosystem!
The notion that humans are an invasive species is an ecofascist belief. We evolved just like every other animal, we are meant to be here just like they are. This is our home and we have a duty to care for it and change the environment for the better!
Every single person has the power to make a meaningful impact on the planet. I had the most fireflies in my town this summer simply because I have a large area where the grass is never cut.
Please do not give up because you think the planet is too far gone and it’s hopeless. It isn’t. Please fight.
Another horrible merch idea straight from my brain. I woke up in the middle of the night to draw this.
I would unironically love this
