Rules for Writing With Me

 I will not, under any circumstances, write smut with someone who is under the age of 18. 

All of my muses, and myself, are 18+. I am also happily married and am not looking for anything other than friendship with other writers.

I reserve the right to choose not to write with someone. I do this as a fun hobby in my spare time, I do not want to feel obligated to write against someone when I am not feeling up to it. This does not mean I am not open to plotting, however. 

I take a long time to reply to things sometimes, please be patient with me. I have a full time job and school and do not always have the time or energy to write. 

If it has been more than a week and I haven’t responded, please message me and let me know! It may be in my drafts or I may have missed it. Either way, I just want to be sure!

If I ever take a plot in a direction that you either don’t want or are uncomfortable with for any reason please let me know. I would rather talk about it and discuss changing something rather than simply dropping a plotline. 

I love to plot. I am the person that will send you messages at 3am saying “OKAY BUT WHAT IF THIS HAPPENED???”. If I start to bother you too much or if you disagree with what I have said, again, let me know. I think that communication between two writers is important.

He honestly didn’t even think she’d be willing to hear him out so it took him a moment to get his plea ready. Aiden wasn’t the type of person to beg for anything in his life, but he was desperate at this point and she was his last resort. He could not handle a rejection. “Listen, my baby sister is getting married this weekend and I need a date. If I don’t prove to my father that I’m in a healthy, stable relationship, he’s not going to let me take over his company.” His father thought he was just a playboy who wanted to spend his money — which is exactly what he was — but Aiden also wanted to be in charge of his father’s company. If this was the way to do that, he would do whatever he had to. “I’ll pay you.”

        watching the dreamy smile on hope’s face made him bite the innerside of his cheek, not really sure why it bothered him so much that she had moved on; or at least cut off the two of their shenanigans without letting theodore know as well. the male did feel a bit stupid for not having known anything, especially because his heart had started to care for the woman, probably more than he knew right up until this very moment.   “   ahah, how come you never told me about him  ?   “   somehow, he managed to keep a clam tone of voice but, that didn’t mean it wasn’t visible on his face that he wasn’t the biggest fan of this newly found relationship of hers.   “   you don’t have to, he’s free to come around whenever … that doesn’t mean you have to introduce me.   “   again, he was just a roommate after all and that was something he had to accept now.

Hope had been really trying to move on from the nights that she’d shared with her roommate and she hoped that having a boyfriend would help her do so. She did miss those times with Theodore but...well, she was beginning to think that perhaps they meant more to her than they did him. That was when she decided it would be better to stop things before she got in too deep. Hope was a lot of things but she wasn’t a masochist. “We only just started dating and — I dunno, the subject never really came up,” she replied with a shrug of her shoulders. Despite everything, she still hoped to salvage the friendship she had with Theodore. If that was all she could have with him, then she would take it without complaint. “I know but... I’d like him to get to know the people who are important to me.”

“i did.” the femme exits her room in a little black dress with booties, “fortunately for me, victoria canceled therefore, i plan on staying in. that’s okay?” she inquires plopping on the couch next to him allowing her phone to fall in between the cushions. paige labels herself as an introvert, one that is heavily surrounded by extroverts who pushes her to do things she doesn’t want to do. “last thing i want to do is intrude on you if you plan on going commando and enjoy some…tv.” she teases shifting onto her back and placing her legs in his lap, “take my shoes off, please. i’m too heartbroken about this outfit not seeing the outdoors.”

“Actually it’s not okay. I was looking forward to an evening by myself.” Liam tried to keep a serious expression on his face but a smile overtook his features before he’d even finished speaking. “Of course its fine. When was the last time we hung out, just us?” To his own recollection, it had been a while, and Liam had definitely missed the nights he got to spend with his best friend. He rolled his eyes at her comment, giving her a small shove but choosing not to respond. “Well, I think it looks great. And isn’t my opinion the only one that matters?” He obliged her, tugging the shoes off and tossing them aside. “I think you need a drink or two.”

“Jack invited me out to go bowling with him,” she said with a shrug of her shoulder, face disinterested. “I told him I’d think about it.” Considering the time and how she didn’t answer his last 3 text messages, she figured her choice had been loud and clear but Liam didn’t need to know that. “You?” In truth, Jelly had been hanging around the apartment tonight, hoping that he’d stay home too. And then she could say since they were both home, might as well spend it together. Because actually coming out with what she really wanted to say was terrifying and she’d rather live at the musty old bowling alley before doing that and ruining everything. “We could order something in,” she offered. “If you’re not going out or anything.” Casual, it was all about keeping it casual, even if something as simple as discussing evening plans was making her heart beat faster than normal.

A pang of anger and jealousy struck him the moment that she mentioned Jack, a feeling that  Liam was quick to shove as far down as it would go. They were friends, he reminded himself. Friends and nothing more, despite the night that they had shared together. A night that they had never spoken about, a night which Liam would rather claw his eyes out than to discuss with her, if only for the fear of her reaction. So he ignored the feelings and kept things light, like they had been before they’d slept together. Or as best as he could, anyway. “I had a date but she cancelled last minute,” he lied smoothly, not wanting to think that his only plan was to just sit around and watch movies. “Sure. You want to order the usual from that Chinese place we like so much?” He suggested, flipping through the Netflix movie suggestions. “Wanna watch a horror movie?”

Blake had felt like he was weak to her since they first met.  Any time they were together, he couldn’t resist want to touch and taste her as much as he could.  the way she acted now made him think she might feel the same, at least about letting him do those things.  “You should, you have every right to,” he breathed into her neck before biting down a bit harder.  One of his hands moved up to stroke her back slowly while the other gave her ass a firm slap and squeezed it.  “Do you have any thoughts on what I could do to start to earn your forgiveness?” he asked playfully as he pulled back to look into lovely her eyes.

Any anger that she had targeted towards him earlier had promptly disappeared the moment his lips touched her skin. Had this been anyone else, she would have already been out the door, but things were different with him. As much as she wanted to be angry with him, she couldn’t imagine the through of being parted from him either. So she didn’t push him away, instead wrapping her arms around his neck and pulling him closer to her. “I’m sure you can come up with something. You’re creative,” she commented, giving him a teasing smile.

“Oh my god, hi!” 

Will made a huge show of greeting the woman who suddenly came up to him. His extensive experience meeting people and as a performer made him incredibly adept at thinking on his feet–but even if were only half as adaptable as he was, the signals this woman gave off were clear as day.

“Oh my god this is so wild because I was just thinking about you.” His voice was loud, but it was the loudness of someone who was naturally loud and excited–he was in no way giving away that this was a performance. “I ran into Christian and JD earlier and they said they were going to Quentin’s–in fact, I saw Quentin, like, two seconds ago–” He craned his neck, looking for this fictitious “Quentin”, surreptitiously getting a glance at the person she was avoiding. “Ah, he must’ve left. I think he was done when I got here anyway.” He turned back to her.

“But anyway it’s so good to… and he’s gone.” He noticed the person in his periphery drift away.

Will took a deep breath, then exhaled slowly, indicating she should follow him. “You good? I’m sorry about how… much that all was but, it’s like scaring a bear away, y’know? The more noise you can make, the better.”

Relief washed over Alice in waves the moment the stranger before her started speaking. for a fleeting moment, she worried that perhaps he was mistaking her for someone he actually knew, but something in his eyes told her that wasn’t the case. He just happened to be a very good actor it would seem and Alice counted her lucky stars that he had been in the exact spot she needed for her rescue. Her lips curved into a smile as she nodded along to his words, acting as though they made sense and that she knew exactly what he was talking about. Truth be told, this wasn’t the first time she’d been in this situation, but the man before her now was obviously the best ‘fake friend’ she’d ever had. She’d have to find a way to repay him for the kindness.

All the tension she’d been holding in her body rushed out of her when he let her know that the man following her had disappeared. Thank god, she thought to herself as she quickly downed the rest of her drink in an attempt to release the rest of her anxiety. She didn’t hesitate to follow him as he moved, knowing full well she couldn’t just leave without at least saying thank you.

“Oh, no, please don’t apologize. You truly just saved my life,” she insisted. “I’m okay, just a little shaken up. He was so creepy.” Alice shuddered. “Thank you for that. That was some of the best improve I’ve ever seen.”

Serious relationships never seemed to work out for him very well either.  His current one had been the best in that it was only boring rather than dangerously toxic.  Alex was everything that she was missing and he hated to see her this upset.  Thankfully, his touched seemed to calm her, which encouraged his hands to grip her tighter still, fingertip digging into the curves of her ass.  “Of course I’m going to stay with you, baby.  I don’t know what I’d do without you,” he promised softly, “Nothing needs to change.  I still need you.  She can’t do for me what you do.”  His face pressed into her neck to suck at her soft skin with a hum and bite down on the spot she always seemed to like the best.  “Are you still my girl?” he asked softly.

She really shouldn’t have been letting him talk his way back into her arms. If he had been anyone else, she would have kicked him out by now. But she didn’t want to. For once in her life, she didn’t like the idea of being without him, so kicking him out was the last thing on her mind. Alex allowed him to pull her closer and she even felt a faint smile tugging at her lips. She tipped her head to the side, giving him more access to her neck. He knew exactly what buttons to press. “Of course I am,” she replied quietly. “I should hate you, you know.”

“Rain is the exact reason we can’t enjoy the day,” Sebastien replied ruffling his hair. There was a trail droplets behind him and just the slightest flit sent more sprawling over the linoleum floor. “Shoot’s canceled. Boss man isn’t going to be happy,” The latter of which he shrugged his shoulder to. Wasn’t like he ever was. Bastien had been looking forward to getting out of the studio though. It was stuffy and interning– well, he didn’t have a ton of chances to do things that didn’t involve taking overly complicated latte orders. Worn sneakers protested, squeaking as he approached her, “Think you can tone down whatever this–” He gestured to all of her, “Is? Art is dead. Have a lil respect,”

Despite hearing the news that the shoot was cancelled, Hope didn’t allow it to bring her mood down. She knew that everything happened for a reason and though she no longer had a job to do today, it just meant that she could do whatever she wanted instead. “Just means that today is an opportunity instead! What’s so bad about that?” She countered with a shrug of her shoulder. Though she had no business being in the building anymore, she made no move to grab her umbrella or leave. Not just yet anyway. His next comment had her arching a brow and glancing down at herself, trying to determine what he meant. “Tone down what? My addictive personality?” She teased with a giggle. “Sorry, can’t. Life’s too short. Maybe you should try it.”

“I...” Scarlett stopped as she stared up at him. They didn’t often find themselves alone but whenever they did, it took everything in her power to control herself. “I don’t know what you’re talking about.” She was lying through her teeth and she wouldn’t doubt that he would see right through it. Still, she had to try.

          regular hook-ups with each other had become a nice benefit of finding them as his roommate and yet, it had been a few weeks, maybe months, since the last time the two of them had done anything intimate with one another. so as theodore sat on the porch, hand in phone and the front door opened; he looked back over his shoulder to see them kiss a complete stranger, even hearing them call his roommate for  ‘  baby  ‘  which made him scoff. yet, he greeted the person goodbye as they passed him, roommate joining him with a dreamy sigh.   ❝   new play thing or   ?   ❞   trying to hide the fact that he was feeling a bit irritated that they had been seeing someone else, when he had no rights to.

It had been the first night that her new boyfriend had stayed the night at her apartment and Hope had to admit that she was having difficulties saying goodbye. She would miss him for sure, which was why she followed him out the door and watched him drive away. She jumped slightly when she heard the voice of her roommate from beside her, having not even noticed that he’d been sitting there when she stepped outside. Her smile faltered when she turned her gaze to him, trying not to feel weird that he’d just watched her boyfriend leave. She wasn’t sure why it mattered so much. They’d stopped sleeping together ages ago, she was at perfect liberty to date whomever she wanted to. Right? “New boyfriend,” she answered, sitting down beside him and wrapping her arms around her knees. “I’ll introduce you next time. He’s lovely.”

Once again, Alice’s eyes drifted subtly over her shoulder, glancing briefly at the guy who had been staring at her ever since she walked into the crowded bar. Normally she adored the attention, but something about the gleam in his eyes made her extremely uneasy. She kept a firm hand on her martini glass, looking at him every so often to be sure that he hadn’t gotten closer to her. All Alice wanted to do was to enjoy a drink or two before heading home for the evening, but now she worried that he might follow her if she left. She chewed on the inside of her cheek, debating on what to do next, when she dared a glance at him again. This time, however, he was making his way across the room toward her. Alice had to think quick. She hurried to her feet and turned in the opposite direction, desperate to put more distance between her and the man. That was when she noticed a person sitting by themselves and she took her chance. “Hello darlin’,” she greeted, her Texan accent shaking slightly with anxiety. “Fancy meetin’ you here. How’re doin’?” Her wide eyes drifted over her shoulder towards the man who was still approaching, hoping to convey why she was interrupting this stranger’s evening.
