first of all, not a big fan of batjokes lately exactly for that reason

second of all, joker has gone SO mad you genuinely can not fix him anymore. and yeah, i do agree he did a lot of awful things and to batman and his family too... but if you ship them, it's on batman to choose to fuck this psycho and on the reader to watch it happen. batman might have a lot of different motivations in that dynamic, but he still gives consent in that action, because he's an adult with his own head. and while its an absolutely twisted bond, they both choose it after all the mind games and stuff

personally, dont prefer it as much lately, because this is too toxic for me😭 if you actually start analyzing it, you genuinely can't find a way to make it healthy even in a twisted way, there's no consistency, just chaos

but its still a chosen chaos. coming back to comparing that to con/lex, batjokes win. because none of them was raised to replace a superhero they never chose to be, and werent scared of becoming like their villain father who manipulates them so they never try to leave their father. these two things are just too different, and while i can be judged for liking bathokes, you can not call me out on that when i say that grooming incest is bad
