Fall Break

Today is the first day of fall break at my university.

On Monday, there will be a notable difference between the students who explored their passions, fine-tuned their systems, and recharged properly and the students who stayed in survival mode, became nestled in their collapse, and saw the lapse in a “class schedule” as an opportunity to increase their screen time.

I will belong to the former, and I grieve every great mind which is succumbing to the latter.
