ah pinned post.
I’ve got pop tabs, soda tabs, can tabs, whatever. My classification system is as follows:
Color: Shape: Error
Shapes are generally classified by brand rather than actual shape.
There are two variations under Standard, a more “smiley” cut and a regular oval cut. Both are standard and will only be identified on a case by case basis.
Three types of “Mis”s, miscut, misprint, and mismake.
The “dented” tabs likely indicate aspartame free or natural flavoring drinks. (I dunno though and they are varied)
Black tabs are either Sugar Free tabs or used for brand stylistic choices.
Blue can also be Sugar Free but only in Redbull.
the pop tab chain i hold is currently 16 feet long.
Oh wait I saw tabs’ post about how he wants to be referred to as well. hm. You can (Hahah) call me Classifier,
or one time I had an irl cal me Standard Silver: Standard after how much I used to the term, so Silver probably could work I guess. If you came here from my gen blog, you can probably call me by whatever you know me as there.
