If there was something that Yohan seemed to do well was to piss people off especially those in authority so it was no surprise when he talked back to a teacher and was sent to detention. It wasn’t like that would stop him from talking back or teach him anything so he simply shrugged and accepted his fate. The only thing that he was not that thrilled about was the fact that during detention he had to sit still and that meant he was going to be bored out of his mind. As he made his way to detention, that thought had him scrunching his nose in disgust and he decided that he will be sneaking out of detention one way or another.
Sitting all the way in the back, he was glad that at least he wasn’t the only one there but he paid little attention to the other students. It wasn’t like he knew them personally, just because he knew their faces didn’t mean he was going to talk to them and well, if he was leaving detention, it was better to do it alone. Of course, when he saw Taejoon making his way into detention, he wasn’t so sure of that anymore because as much as he didn’t care for the other, he at least made life entertaining. “Taejoon.” He called out and signaled him to come sit with him as a mischievous smile bloomed on his face. There was the possibility that the troublemaker might not want to leave but if that was the case, then Yohan had been wrong about him all along. “I am breaking free from this prison, wanna come?” He whispered as he said this and then waited for the younger to reply.
detentions were a big part of taejoon’s life, even before he’d transferred to keisung for his second year. there was nothing that screamed teenage delinquency more than regularly getting the slip from his teacher, and whilst it did contribute to his status as a troublemaker, actually sitting through the ordeal wasn’t exactly his favourite thing to do. too often, they were forced to sit in silence and taejoon hated it -- his entire being, after all, thrived off of chaos and a whole lot of noise, mostly from himself.
today, his endless chattering in history class to a fellow student had landed him in detention once more. he dragged his feet as he made his way to the classroom where the detention was supposed to be held at, keeping on a sour expression to indicate his utmost displeasure. he’d been planning to spend the time after classes to trash some of the school’s public amenities, maybe work on some tasteful graffiti in the bathrooms. clearly, the plan was foiled, as he found himself entering the class. just as he was about to take a seat, taejoon heard someone say his name, so he turned around. ahn yohan. the neutral, being exactly what he is, was supposed to be bad news for taejoon. but he’d proved to be pretty decent company in all the past times they’d been in detention together, so taejoon had come to the conclusion that he was alright. coming over to see what yohan wanted with him, taejoon raised an eyebrow at him. “and how do you suggest we do that,” he glanced at the teacher at the front of the class, who was already glaring at him. “when we’ve got hawk-eye over there?”
