does any one know how to loose fat from my cheeks?? im pretty skinny but i have big round cheeks which i dont like... im a girl, 5'0 ft tall (153 cm) weight 89lbs and i just turned 18 yrs old this year am i still in the process of loosing baby fat?? answers and advice are welcomes please help!!
a friend of mine is asking me to bring her my PRESCRIBED pills for bipolar and PRESCRIBED pills for anxiety so she can feel better for the day and i??? feel so insulted in a way? i have to take 10+ pills a day to function and she just wants me to pop some up for her like theyre nothing and its so??? frustrating bc im forced to take them and i have to live with them everyday of my life but she thinks she can ask me whenever to PROVIDE HER hundreds of dollars of pills whenever she wants and she can just stop taking them whenever she can aswell like? what do i tell her? im going to be the bitch here if i tell her no like im so ugh pls help guys what do i tell her

Hello, I'm a 17 year old girl that has been struggling with eating/weight issues since many years. I'm 5'0 ft tall, and weight 94 lbs but I've been forever unsatisfied with my weight for as along as I remember. As a busy highschool senior I don't have time to exercise so I have a diet that consists of no sodas or anything with gas (for the last 2 years), no pizza, no hamburgers or frenchfries or chocolate, and my snacks are only granola bars, raisins, saltless crackers and anything under 150 calories . but I do eat alot of bread, milk and brown sugar. What can I do to loose 5 lbs more? I'm quiet desperate because I'm so uncomfortable with my weight and feel disgusted after every meal I eat.Ā
