I'm here to just talk about my teenage life, trying to glow up.......

Toxic friends...................um How do I say no?

OK!! I am in deep need of advice here! So there's this girl in my class. We have been friends since ninth grade, she was pretty sweet and nice in 9th grade...but since 10th grade....she is kinda...IDK....behaving...toxic...I guess.....

So help me and tell me if she is toxic....

So she get’s angry at me...if I don’t do stuff like remind her about stuff, or tell her stuff....and when I confront her about this...she says it is okay for best friends to nag at each other..which is fine once or twice, maybe even thrice...but is okay all the time?

Also....um she is kinda disliked by my parents....they call her a negative influence...um like I kinda have to agree too....

Also like.....she is kinda demotivating about stuff...like I told her that I am learning TWICE (k-pop girl group) choreography and she said,....don’t learn TWICE....you won’t be able to do it...she said this thrice...I obviously didn’t listen to her....and learnt it anyways..... 

She always ask me to send her my project  and stuff....like...um...no...

Also I didn’t reply back to her message once, she became so angry saying that oh my god! ur so rude! this is such a stupid mistake! like everytime she convinces it to me...that it is my fault.....like.....um

Since I will be leaving this high school soon and also have my exams, I wanna maintain a little distance from her and not be rude also...what should I do??

Is she a toxic friend? should I stay away? And if so then how?

STUDY PLAN!!

Before My Study Plan let’s look at my goals

Literature: 80/80

Language: 75/80

Economics: 80/80

Commerce: 80/80

Business Studies: 80/80

Accounts: 80/80

Yes my Goals are dramatic...

But I am gonna try my best to shoot for the moon and land among the stars....I hope so.....

Anyways...

So I exactly have 5 weeks.....

To less?

How much time per day I have?

I have two slots

7:30 AM slot which is for 5 hours 30 minutes

2:00 PM slot which is for 3 hrs

If I give a week to each subject with one hour accounts and one hour language practice everyday.....I get total 6 hours and 30 minutes of studying everyday for each subject except Accounts and Language.... So how?? Let’s see...

First up we have.....drum roll please...........

Literature!

As much as I love Literature...........I hate it too

So what what do I have: WEEK 1

3 Acts from Shakespeare’s The Tempest

4 short Stories

4 Poems

How Do I study?

Day 1: Start with Tempest: Complete Act 1

Mark quotes, Important context, Situations, Where the Scene Happened? Small questions and Answers, The Theme of the Act/scenes 

Day 2: Same as above but with Act 2

Day 3: Same as Above but Act 3

Day 4: Character Analysis, Big Questions of all the characters till Act 3

Day 5: 2 Chapters: Their Character analysis, Their Themes, Main Dialogues, Question and Answers

Day 6: 4 Poems, Their themes, Paraphrase, Questions and Answers

Day 7:  2 Chapters: Their Character analysis, Their Themes, Main Dialogues, Question and Answers

That is how I plan to complete the Literature portion.

Next we have......any guesses?

Economics! WEEK 2

I love Economics!! It’s the best! And this time we have basic demand and supply stuff so I’m more happy!

Day 1: CHAPTER 1! Do it all! It’s just 30 page! write down definitions in a separate book, Make maps and underline keywords! Use Acronyms! Read the chapters 3 times! and answer all questions behind the text book or better do a brain dump!! (Brain dump is what students to when they have learnt a chapter. They drop it all on a paper about the chapter then compare it to the chapter to see what they missed....

Day 2: Same with Chapter 2 in fact this chapter is only 16 pages 😁

Day 3: The same.... for chapter 3, just 23 pages

Day 4: The same for chapter 4, 22 pages

Day 5: The same for chapter 5, 15 pages lol 😂

Day 6: Attempt a brain dump off all chapters!

Day 7: Attempt to speak out everything like a speech!

NEXT ONE!!!! Let’s Give a round of applause for......Commerce!! WEEK 3

The same theory would apply to Commerce as Economics

Day 1: Chapter 1- 14 pages

Day2: Chapter 2- 11 pages

Day 3: Chapter 3- 22 pages

Day 4: Chapter 4- 7 pages (can continue with chapter 3 if not finished yesterday)

Day 5: Chapter 5- 24 pages!

Day 6: WRITTEN BRAIN DUMP!

Day 7: Speak it all out!

Next is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUSINESS STUDIES!!!!!!!! WEEK 4

SAME STRATEGY AS ECO AND COMMERCE!

Day 1: Chapter 1- 8 pages

Day 2: Chapter 2- 8 pages!

Day 3: Chapter 3- 7 pages, Chapter 4- 15 pages

Day 4: Chapter 5- 10 pages, Chapter 6- 8 pages

Day 5: BrAiN dUmP!

Day 6: Speak it out!!

Day 7: Take a break! You just covered the whole theory part!

NOTE!!!!!

Accounts!!!!!!! DAILY PRACTISE!!

Everyday

Pay attention to the theory then example sums and then solve the text book sums! note down definitions in glossary book! Finish everything by a week for one chapter.

Language

Write a composition, then directed writing, proposal writing, comprehension every week along with grammar!

Now that everything is done let's take a look at WEEK 5!!!

Day 1: Solve Literature Question Paper and Accounts question paper

Day 2: Eco brain dump, Language paper

Day 3: Commerce brain dump, Accounts question paper!

Day 4: Business Studies Brain Dump and Language paper

Day 5: Accounts paper, Language Paper

Day 6: BREAK!!

Day 7: Revise for whatever exam is next!

And so !!!!!!!!!!this is my Study plan!!! I will share everything I do everyday!! Comment if you think I will achieve my goals with this plan?

My Schedule should be like this!

So my ideal Schedule should go something like this:

PS: I have given every minor detail here! Also its lengthy, brace yourself.

5:30 AM- wake up, brush my teeth and have turmeric detox water (It is believed to reduce acne) and some light stretches to wake myself

6:00 AM-7:00 AM work out

Under this I have specific workouts which I should complete (credits to yennienim from YouTube)

200 squat                                 1 minute sit up

8 minute bicycle crunch            100 thigh lift both sides

100 reverse crunches               100 leg lift

100 half sit up                            100 each side russian twist

2 minute plank                            24-28 exercises

7:00 AM-7:05 AM shower

7:05 AM-7:25 AM apply the said body mask and wait 20 minutes and wash it off (turmeric+honey+lemon which [credit to Nimeshaa from YouTube] reduces acne) 

7:30 AM-1:00 PM study

I have 6 subjects as of my senior year in high school and my 80 marks exam is in a month.

 For which I have a plan. This is the chapter division

English Literature (Poems-4, Short Stories-4 and that stupid The Tempest 3 Acts)

English Language -4                  Commerce -5

Economics -5                              Business Studies -6 (they very short and easy)

Accounts -4 (All about daily Practise)

I have detailed study plan....which I will update in the next blog

1:00 PM-1:30 PM lunch break

should consists of 60% protein and 30% veggies 5% fat and 5% carbs (I have PCOS so this is the prescribed nutrition for me by my endocrinologist

2:00 PM-5:00 PM study

5:00 PM- 8:00 PM dance

I dance to kpop danced mirror videos

I keep adding one song everyday. I have actually already learnt upto 8 songs now

8:00 PM-8:30 PM- Take a Shower (I gotta wash my hair, I take time)

8:30 PM- 10:00 PM- Night Routine (Skincare, reading, drinking turmeric milk for better sleep, brush my teeth)

10:00 PM- Go to sleep

That pretty much is it...........

Let’s see if I will follow it from tomorrow onwards

What were the hindrances stopping me from glowing up before?

One: Family....Well not exactly them but I mean I understand them...like growing up in an Indian household, you definitely eat more than you should....and I can’t blame my parents’ for feeding me...but sometimes they give a little extra...for which I protest and they don’t agree but they have toned down so now they are not much of a problem

Two: Lack of Patience...Glow up is a process that takes time...patience...and I don’t have that at all...I expect to get the 19 inch waist in a minute after I glow up...But I need some patience...Any tips for patience?? Comment down below.

Three: My PCOS. I hate that thing. PCOS is such an horrible disease. I hate it. Although I don’t have it in a high percentage, I do have it to the point to get a body full of acne....I have wore full sleeves since middle school....I am not able to do fashion since middle school, which sucks...but oh well...I went to the doctors for this. She said that it can be cured and I am still young...so she didn’t recommend me any hormone tablets but gave me very less medicines and ask me to eat more protein and workout more!

Four: Procrastination...I hate it...but I do it. It's like meth for me...I wanna quit it...but I am not able to...When I have to do something my brain and heart are at ultimate battles...while my brain is telling me to go back to my task...my heart goes, “meh, lets watch a true crime documentary.” Any tips for me?

Five: Daydreaming, how do I stop it....I dream more of being glowed up than working on it....And I hate it...Any tips for me to stop?

That's all that’s stopping me....any tips for me to battle it?

Trying hard to glow up.....

Is it just me or every teenager has an ugly duckling phase in his/her/their lives. I am in my ugly duckling phase and I am DESPERATELY glow up. But I can’t do it so fast! Plus I have zero support. So here I am! I am going to give myself time till the next March. Why March you say? Because finally I will be going to college and leave this hell hole behind called high school. I wanna make myself better before going to a new environment and not repeat the same mistakes I did in high school.

I was this submissive cow in high school, like the popular girls’ personal servant...a lost puppy waiting to be fed with proper friendship...and I have finally decided that hey...I can be the bad bitch too..

I have always been called fat, pimples and what not names! I have starved myself and tried hard to loose weight but never did. I was depressed, hated myself.

 And then I saw a video on YouTube about a girl, same age as me, lost weight and is beautiful. She had the same weight as me! and now she has the dream 22 inch waist! I was pretty motivated! But I lack consistency...So I have decided to upload everything! And I mean Everything I do.

I don’t just wanna glow up physically but also mentally, like feel happier, which I will try my best too.

I will loose weight, clear my skin, maybe find some teenage ways to earn money, get better grades 

So join me! I will update you daily on my day in my life. What I ate, how much I worked out, how much I danced, How much studying did I get through, my mood today, this place will be like my diary. So if you find any relevancy in me and my post, Go ahead, give me a follow...Let’s glow up together...
