Licking his lip, Buck tries to not pay attention to the way Eddie's cheeks are flushed, not too dissimilar to how he looked in bed. His eyes are narrowed and lips curled into an ugly snarl that Buck wants to kiss anyway. "Uh- right. I- I'm sorry," Buck stutters out. The laugh Eddie releases is bitter and cruel. "No you're not," he spits. Buck hasn't been this close to him since they fucked. His body sings even though he aches for more, for closer, for Eddie. "I- I am," Buck implores, not even sure what he's apologising for. "Fuck you," Eddie sneers. "Is that what this is about?" Buck asks, cautiously. The way Eddie stills is answer enough. His entire body locks up tight, tense and taut. "I told you," he hisses viciously, "I told you nothing inside and what the fuck did you do?" Eyes stinging, Buck slumps. "You said we'd be okay. You promised." "That was before you got me pregnant!" Eddie roars. * Buck finds out the consequences of his actions when he helped Eddie through his pent up feelings.
