Speech Patterns :: After his GSW to the face, he speaks with a lisp.
Comfort Item :: His Carcano rifle. In Marley, after being left with nothing from his own home apart from the relationship with Reiner, his rifle becomes the one item that brings him comfort, because it’s the only thing that is meant to be truly his own.
Weapons :: His Carcano rifle. He has two of them, one being his spare.
Threat Level :: Due to his Eldian descent, he is seen as a threat, and for the people in Marley who do know that he is a Paradisian Eldian, that threat feels even more amplified. People also tend to consider him as a threat due to his size and looks. And on the battlefield by the enemies he is recognized as a threat due to his exceptional shooting skills, while not as big of a threat as any of the titans, still enough of a threat to be thought of as a problem. In reality, the only place he truly is a threat is just the battlefield, outside of there he just looks threatening.
Fears :: He’s scared that he will never see his father again or that if he ever comes back to Paradis, he will be dead.
Motivation :: What motivates Isaak is the fear of being left behind. Which in a way feels stupid because to Isaak, it feels as though his whole life has been lost just so he could be turned into the Marleyan government’s personal war tool, and yet somewhere deep down in him there’s that fear that he could get left behind, and they would just kill him. And death, even with all he’s lost where one would think it could be an escape, it frightens him. Especially if that death were to happen due to a higher ups decision, a death on the front-lines isn’t a worry for him, because in some fucked up way even after being betrayed the way he was by Reiner, he would be fine dying by Reiner’s side on the battlefield. But to be left behind and die on some orders pushed onto him? He hates that idea, and that pushes him to go forward, that pushes him to in some messed up way prove himself that he’s useful.
Self Perception :: While physically he perceives himself exactly as strong as he is, not overestimating his strength nor underestimating, he tends to find it hard to see himself as looking threatening. And he also slightly underestimates the skills that he’s been able to show off on the battlefield during the war.

; some things in Isaak's storyline don't make canonical sense or even logical/physical/realistic sense. some of them are just done like that by me because I was stuck and couldn't climb my way out of the problem I created, or because I just wanted to do it like that cause I thought it would be more fun for me. I truthfully just do not care about that stuff because I made Isaak as an OC for me to have fun with. So just ignore any stupid stuff you might see :)

Happens during a training exercise when Isaak's gear malfunctions and as he drops from the air down to the ground, Reiner attempts to catch him, which leads to Reiner fumbling with his blade that then slices into Isaak's thigh.
850* - Clash of Titans arc
Head:
;; Burnt right side of his face. Burnt & damaged right eye.
Happens during the Clash of Titans arc after the Colossal titan half shifts into his titan form and Isaak attempts to run to where he last saw Reiner.
When the Colossal Titan lifted it's arm, forcing broken parts of the wall to fly off, the heat from the Titan shifting clung to the rocks and once they flew and hit Isaak, those scorching hot rocks burned him, getting half of his face and his eye, and knocked him clean out.
Left with permanent vision loss in his right eye.
Leg:
;; Torn out muscle/skin tissue on his right calf from an ODM gear hook.
Once Isaak got hit with the scorching hot rocks and got knocked out, he flew back and fell off the wall. Luckily, someone caught him with a grappling hook to his calf as he fell, meaning he didn't die. Unluckily, that left him with bad wounds that after the event weren't truly treated right.
Left with a permanent prominent limp & chronic pain.
851* - 4 years in Marley
Neck:
;; Laceration on the left side of his throat due to a gun fragment after a gun explosion. Surgery incision.
Happens during a shooting exercise during which his gun malfunctions and explodes in his grasp. Shards of the gun stock go into his throat, lacerating his jugular vein and puncturing a hole in his lung. His scar is made longer due to the fact that to repair all that damage, surgery was needed.
Arm:
;; Severed fingers on his left hand due to a gun explosion.
When the gun blew up in his grasp, that tore his pinky and ring finger off.
Permanent loss of his pinky and ring finger on his left hand.
853 - 4 years in Marley
;; Gunshot wound on his right cheek.
Two years into being Marley's soldier, during the war, while attempting to protect Gabi, he takes a shot to his right cheek.
Corner of his mouth get pulled due to the scar, making it look as though he's got a half smirk.
Left with chronic jaw pain.
854 .1 - Raid on Liberio arc

Happens during the raid on Liberio, with Connie shooting down at Isaak from a rooftop and the bullet grazing Isaak's calf.
854 .2 - War for Paradis arc

Happens during the war for Paradis arc at the harbor, with one of the Yeagerist's shooting Isaak down from the air.
AN: Some of the injuries may not be overly realistic and might be something that in real life guarantees death. I know that.

Uhhh okay so… He doesn't have a middle name, this is one thing that I quite literally never even though about, at all. Me being asked about that might make me decide to think more on it and maybe actually give one, but currently. He has no middle name, and might never get one.
I think the likelihood of him getting a middle name drops exponentially because he's already got two names he's using, ofc not both at once. But I think he might have enough names under his belt.
