{OK this has very little to do with my blog specifically, but I feel the need to talk about GoGo Tomago's legs for a second here because they are very very important to me.}
{OKAY SO. I grew up dancing. I took tap, ballet, jazz, Ukrainian, all that fun stuff - though mostly Ukrainian dance. Now, one thing I noticed was that dancers either got the really thin bodies or the really muscular bodies. I got the latter. My thighs were always huge and buying pants of any kind always has been a pain for me. Jeans are just... no thanks, especially with my short legs. I have to buy larger sizes, but then hem them a lot because short legs.
Basically, GoGo has a very similar body type to me. Her legs have muscle you guys. Probably every character I've seen has had chicken legs. And seeing a female character who is short and curvy with big hips and huge, muscular legs is refreshing.
Now. Body type is still a big issue in media. We have a long way to go yet, with body diversity of any type being an issue all over the place, but I just think it's really important to see a character with muscular legs.
GoGo's hips and thighs are important}
