how long: ha...haha ... i'm gonna sayyyy 12 years on tumblr, and probably about 20 years all told! (which is SCARY, i feel ooold 😬)
platforms you've used: always gotta pour one out for the original bebo, my beloved 🥀 😔 tumblr will never hold a candle to it, but alas, this hellsite is now the main platform i use! aside from that, i dabbled a bit in form rp -- it was a good time, if very brief! and of course, discord is an option for rping, but i'm wary of it, due to having a bad experience with a 1-1 rp server, many moons ago.
best experience: at the risk of sounding a tad sappy, i'd argue my best experience has been... happening with this blog? 😄 it's wild to think that before i came back, the last time i was writing on here consistently , i was still mostly college, trying to get a degree, or taking a stab at my first real tech job, as a graduate. i reckon i did some amount of maturing / learning not to give as much of a fuck, and just chill in my own little corner? 🤭 and signs on, i've had the pleasure of befriending some wonderful folks, and write such amazing and fun plots? i'm quite content <3
muse preferences
female or male: 9/10 times i usually prefer writing guys? it's just something i've always gravitated towards? i have and do want to write female muses, especially now that I have a multimuse blog on the go! i am just short on ideas for who to pick up!
fluff, angst, smut: huuuuge advocate for angst 👀 in moderation, ofc, lol! fluff also has appeal to me, but i don't want to get flooded with too much of it, you know? 🤔 smut is a... no thanks, lol. It's a maybe for discord, but eh, idk, i don't feel i'm good at it :')
plots or memes: i love both!!! memes make for the best icebreakers, and i'm always ready to throw memes at another mun, or answer memes/turn them into new threads. plots, i loooove, especially with both new and longstanding mutuals? I feel like it gives me a chance to really hit my stride with the kinds of stories and au's that i'm keen to tell for my version of miguel, and the fact that I get to do so with a buddy just makes the experience so much more fun <3
long or short replies: defo leaning towards long replies, these days! (soooo sorry) my minium feels like two paragraphs or more? sometimes i feel like calling it waffling 🤣 but i guess i just get in the zone sometimes, and end up having lots of words to write down in a reply! stuff like one-liners don't come easily to me... so i usually cheat and grab a song lyric or meme prompt instead, for those!
best time to write: 100000% during the afternoon/evening time, on weekends! i spend much of the weekday already sitting in front of a computer for work, so to do it later on for a hobby is.... yeah 😬 sometimes, i might do a reply or two, but it's rare!
are you like your muse(s): unlikely! i sure ain't a genius by any measure. for one, i nearly flunked biology in my final school exams... which i had to do TWICE (biology by itself, and then part of an agricultural science module) 🤣 which is just as well, because having claws and enhanced eyesight, whilst cool on paper, would probs not feel great after a while!
