Unfortunately, my brain noticed it too, which means this was the perfect time for me to be struck (violently, in the face) with the inspiration to make another animatic. This time it covers the whole fic too!! Because I found the perfect song and I love the whole fic so :33

I loooooveee this sooooongggggg!!! And I felt like it fit so perfectly with this fic, the prey/predator imagery and the chorus and aaaaaaahhh... I love it. EEEEEEEE!!!

I found it through another entirely unrelated animatic (here if you want to watch it. It's good! I'm not particularly into httyd but apparently the algorithm decided I needed inspiration that day lmao), and when I find a song through an animatic it makes me extra super want to make my own animatic with it, so that really just added fuel to the fire for this.

Soooo, it's messy and kinda weird at some points--I think I fucked up my layers somehow (not at all a surprise given that I didn't name any of them and am bad at remembering how to use my animation software)--and it's not like, as polished as the last one (longer tho!!), but I DID IT!! It's FINISHED!!! In the midst of my "definitely very much supposed to be doing artfight prep and pride art" part of the month I. Made an entire three and a half minute animatic. I feel like god but that's probably just because I haven't slept all night (I'm basically nocturnal at this point) So I'm gonna go take a nap now. By the time this is posted I'll have already taken that nap because I'm writing these ramblings preemptively! See you then!!

Tiny frin... little creature... you require me to do SOOO much foreshortening... istg I learned so much while making this actually--- it was fun tho although idk how much of it?? actually lands??? as foreshortening.
