A new scent reached Teddie's nose. As he did his usual visit into his world. he felt something off. He couldn't really put his little finger on it but for a brief moment he imagined a tiny spark come over him. It was the type of inspiration that told him "look here! here!" and pulled at his arm to go.

Then, when that feeling faded, he sensed something he was more used to. A person! A stranger in his world! Teddie let his nose lead the way and his squeaky feet followed. To the stranger, the squeaking would become louder as he came ever closer. It was the only sound in his world right now that cut through the infinite quiet.

"Hello." His greeting was very calm and polite, "...did you fall in here?" Teddie stopped running and walked at a much slower pace as soon as he was close enough to be seen.
