Something I like and I'm delusional about is the way Alex's pages say "always watching" as a negative, paranoid thing about the operator, he's being stalked and followed. He's scared of it.

While whenever Hoody tells Jay that he's watching and that he saw, he's probably trying to reassure him that he's not alone. Someone is watching him in a way they'll lend a helping hand if needed.
