i actually don't think music show wins matter at all for well-established idol groups like bts and svt (or even their members as soloists tbh). i also don't think streaming matters at all. it provides nothing more than a small ego boost for the artist atp. they don't need the exposure and they certainly don't need the money. who cares

This interview also lends more weight to discourse that’s been around for most of S8 now - Oliver may be the 3rd billed on the show and de facto male lead now that Peter is gone, but for whatever reason Tim Minear loves the character of Eddie and seems willing to give Ryan almost anything to get him to stay so he can keep his precious broken man-boy on the show. Ryan is almost gleeful in that interview talking about almost punching Buck and surprising Oliver in the take. His remarks about Chris not needing a father around as much anymore at 14 (!) and all the talk about wanting a love interest…..it’s a big no from me dog. 🤨🤨🤨
