Hot take: I hate the fact that Jack is now getting along with Yujiro in the Baki Rehan

Seeing my king, my goat, desperately wanting validation from that fuck ass Gary Stu Yujiro breaks my heart, genuinely, I'm raging so fucking bad .

Also it's insane how many people use the "Yujiro is a complex character" excuse to justify his actions and the bad writing in Baki (Have we seriously forgotten that Baki is "so bad it became good")

I understand the relationship between Baki and Yujiro. I understand why Baki and Yujiro hang out in the end. I can comprehend Itagaki's intention in the father and son arc.

But Jack?

Listen, I want him to be happy but not towards Yujiro. I want Jack instead find happiness somewhere else, and find validation within himself, not towards his father who have discarded him because the hanma blood in him was "thin".

It's like seeing an abused child giving exactly what the abusive parent wants despite putting that child through hell
