Do you depend a lot on him, especially you, because he is your driver?

Ferran: "Mate, I wasn't talking about football at all. I've had to drive for a month, and I don't like it (laughs)"

Pedri: "When I get injured, he says, 'Bloody hell, I don't have a driver anymore."

What is that routine like?

Pedri: "The night before, at eight or nine, he starts texting me… What time are you coming to pick me up? Not even 'can you pick me up please?'. It's like hiring an Uber... Well, the night before, he texts me, “You're going to pick me up at such and such a time, right? ” 'OK, yes.' The next day, I get in, he comes with his coffee, he's having breakfast, nice and calm. One day he is going to get in and tell me 'Please don't talk to me, just drive.' (laughs)"

Daft Punk said something to me that blew me away. They said they wanted to do an album as if the internet never existed. I said, "oh, old school!" It was certainly the most rewarding to have been involved in a project that was so monumental to my life. Winning my first Grammy was amazing to me. It's become a great learning experience for me, after Daft Punk. I started playing with much younger artists. No one is my age, I'm 70! Charli XCX, Burna Boy. I just recorded my first k-pop record, and now I've got like five under my belt and they're huge. Life was one way before Random Access Memories and completely different after. — Nile Rodgers
