i think the major disconnect between audience and writers comes from the fact that spn actual finale is 15x19, 15x20 is *just* an epilogue and this is why nobody has come up with a decent idea bc viewers expect(ed) 15x20 to be a better ending, while what the writers had in mind was a sort of homecoming heaven-style with the band playing like those movies about high schoolers going to the prom. 80s nostalgia has done lots of damage to contemporary storytelling.

the problem w pandora is that sometimes i end up liking songs i previously disliked, like, i just went through my dislikes and removed “jenny was a friend of mine” and “king and lionheart” from the list??? i love those songs??? but i guess at some point i didnt
