How to use it:

Coconut oil becomes solid in room temperature therefore before each use leave it out in a warmer place and stir for smooth consistency.

Apply a small amount on all areas of your body, leaving out face and open wounds, cuts, etc. as it may be a little harsh there (you can use the oil leftover itself to help heal them quicker though!). Pay more attention to areas that need more exfoliation, e.g. feet, elbows, knees, etc.

Rinse it fully throughout your body. The scrub will naturally clean, moisturize and exfoliate the skin for you so there is no need for using any more shower gel, soap or even body lotion.

NOTE: DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AFTER USE TO REMOVE TOXINS FROM YOUR BODY!!

Things you should know:

– it is absolutely chemical-free – the scrub is made of natural ingredients with no artificial colouring or fragrance – please be aware that it may not look as pretty as other colourfull products or smell as intense, but it is healthier and more beneficial to your skin (and body in general) this way. Artificial colouring, such as food colouring can cause anxiety, attention-deficit disorder and hyperactivity. – it does not contain preservatives – natural base oils have long shelf life, however, as the scrub is sugar based it is best used within first 2 months (it will not go bad under any circumstances so if you think fit you may continue to use it as long as it is there, the only thing that can happen is that the sugar will melt…) – please check ingredient list carefully and make sure you are not allergic to any of them! If you're concerned about some ingredient and think it may cause allergy, test a tiny amount on your feet and observe the reaction for couple of days. – generally, I do not recommend using any type of scrub on your face as it is super sensitive (I suggest using a special face brush and face soap), however, if you are in habit of doing it and want to continue apply a tiny amount of scrub and and rub for no longer than few seconds.
