Hey guys if any of you are struggling with trauma and PTSD as much as I am, I’ve been reading this and it’s been helping a little bit. And also...I’m sorry I posted about it a few times already. I normally try to keep my personal issues like this off this blog because I’m not super comfortable being so open about my struggles but...idk maybe this can help someone else too.
