I did sketch this for @zukkaweek 2025 day 4: wrong number and mainly interpreted it as a 'telephone' prompt
and clearly didn'T finish it on time. and was a bit unsure what to do. but i liked the doodle and decided to spend time to colour it and add as many tiny graffities as possible on this old danky phone booths. i guess when you notice the cute guy next to you, running out of change, you are willing to offer him a few cents, so he can finally tell his chatty uncle what he called him for.
(bigger chopped up version under the cut just in case someone wants to zoom in on details)
You've been simons roomate for...nearly two years now? Long enough you both are comfortable with eachother.
You're not sure how the whole situation started, but ghost isn't difficult to live with. He's deployed often enough you used to forget you even lived with another person. Now, his presence is like second nature.
"Mmh, home..." you mumble quietly as you enter the house, toeing off your shoes. The hallway is dark, ghost turns off every light whenever he can, but your many late nights at work has given you plenty of practice.
You blindly find your way into ghosts bedroom, letting your bag thunk to the floor. You follow the quiet 'hm?' From his bed and promptly flop on top of him "ah, I missed you, simon. Work sucked. Com'ere, gimme cuddles." You demand.
All throughout your sleepy mumbling, you blindly climb over ghost, tucking your face into his chest and humming in delight at how warm he is. You're about ready to pass out when he interrupts "uh...love. you comfy, there?"
"Of course I am, yer fuckin' warm, si." You groan in irritation, not at all willing to put up with ghosts little games this late at night.
Wait....why did his voice come from the door and not under you?
"Hello, lovie." A deep voice you do not recognize rumbles under you.
You bolt upright, eyes wide, adrenaline pumping, and promptly punch captain john price in the face.
...you end up waking up the entire house when you yell at ghost about "warning me about guests!!" And to "not fuckin' let me cuddle up to your boss!" But most importantly "stop fucking laughing! He needs to go to the hospital! Simon!!" All while price is trying to figure out if you two are a thing or not.
tried to rewatch the CW flash season 1 and ngl it was painful bc i forgot how blindingly stupid they wrote him

I love looking at all the different interpretations of Adrian and I wanted to throw my hat in the ring.
I am so attached to freak4Freak Adrian and Rocky.
Like both are very equally unhinged, Grace does not get a great first or second impression on what "normal" Eridians are like, he doesn't even know that its not normal for them to eat infront of each other cause Rocky and Adrian do it all the time.
I can also imagine Adrian and Grace constantly proposing experiments to do on each other (also if Grace wants something impractical to be added to the biodome he can ask Adrian and they will be like "yes it will be interesting to see how you interact with it!")
Rocky, Adrian and Grace all together are a threat to health and safety whos health and safety is up in the air and can vary depending on the day time and weather.
To sum it up both Rocky and Adrian have the "Me and the bad bitch I pulled by being Autistic" and I love that for them
Jason texting: Hey, it's Jay. Alfred said we can keep the cow, but you have to take the seal lion back.
Danny texting back: I think you have the wrong number, but I want to know how you got a cow and a seal lion. That must have been a story.
Jason: How do I know you aren't Damian pretending not to be Damian? You pulled this on me three times already.
Danny: Did he? And you fell for it three times?Have you never texted before? Why not save his number into your phone so he can't trick you anymore???
Jason: I don't know how to do that. I am behind technology wise because of the years I missed while dead.
Danny: Is that slang for prison?
Jason: You ask a lot of questions. Is this Bruce?
Danny: No, my name is Danny. Sorry about all the questions. You just sound fascinating. Like a Mr. Darcy hiding on the side of the room but in the chat room instead of the ballroom.
Jason: Well, thank you. That's the nicest thing anyone has ever said about me.
Jason hours later texting the Batfam group chat: Catch you all later. Im going to meet a stranger I found on the Internet.
Batfam group chat: *Multiple people are typing*
Book!Rocky seems to be pretty insecure, considering his "I'm not smart science eridian" and general inability to accept a compliment; I'd argue he internalized his failures to catch/study astrophage as "I'm a faliure" (and also probably had impostor syndrome to begin with). So... do we think he ever had a moment (or more than a moment) of "oh shit, this human might decide I'm not smart enough for this, he'll totally ditch me when he finds out and I'll be all alone again"?..
