ANONNNNN. I was the verge of a break down after reading this tweet haha. But WAAAAITTTT. I googled the quote to find the full article and that makes it better imo. I feel it's more about how the 2026 cars will be in general and not the 2026 ferrari (like it seems in the tweet).
