but I'm going to try to answer this (I'm nervous though)
I think I just saw that art I decided to research for myself but in that artwork she looks nothing like a kid if it WAS drawn in a childish or lolicon like way yeah that's BAD but iirc rnokou literally headcanons her as an adult the drawing wasn't even sexual. There's actual creeps in the touhou community that you could take down but oh no go after an artist who literally sees a character as an ADULT and also the person you are talking about isn't even into kids wtf they don't even like lolicon from what I recall.
The artist literally has remi’s hair covering her boobs that's how clearly non-sexual it is it's not even blatant lolicon she doesn't even resemble a kid in the artwork I saw don't try me with this ever again
