Alpine A110s: Also not coming to the US 😢🇫🇷 ______________________________________ [6/15/19] Revived Alpine’s little A110 Cayman fighter now has a new spicy version called A110s and um.. can someone figure out how to get this in the US?? I don’t know if it’s the color or the interior but something about this mid enchained French sports coupe is drawing my attention way more than the base version! Outside are new GT racing wheels measuring just 18in and are wrapped in Pilot Sport 4 rubber and hide the 12.6in orange Brembo brakes! But other than the very minor exterior changes, its what’s powering the A110s that got a nice boost! 🔥@Allcarnews Spec Sheet: The A110s packs a tiny 1.8L Turbo four cylinder that now makes 288HP and 236 lb-ft of torque paired to a 7 Speed DCT to the rear wheels. Not enough power for a sports car? Well it only weighs 2,456lbs and still can do 0-60 in 4.4sec with a 162MPH Top Speed 🔥 Outside also gets a blacked out Alpine flag, a carbon fiber roof that shaves 4.1lbs and then come the performance improvements which see the suspension having 50% stiffer springs and a lovely 100% stiffer roll bars… so yeah its definitely going to handle better around the curves, so much better that Alpine says it has a completely different character than the regular A110. Inside, Alpine has given the sportier trim orange accent stitching and an orange 12 o’clock marker on the steering wheel along with carbon fiber trim.
