PT: Definition: Someone who feels a high amount of shame; a feeling of negativity toward oneself or one's actions. /end PT
I have previously coined "hypershame", and I want to differentiate "hyper" and "high" by stating that "hyper" is the excessive, above average/over 100% amount of shame, while "high" could mean a range of things between frequently feeling shame, being highly affected by shame, feeling a lot of shame that is within what is considered a "reasonable" amount, or any interpretation. It may even be a preference of language, due to the overlap between both terms.
