You think that when Buck's arms started getting too big, he eventually got stuck one day.
Like, he just squeezes into his shirt just fine, and he has no problem, he says to himself and others.
Til a really hot day, call after call, and Buck needs OUT of this shirt. He's stuck. His arms are bulging, but nothing is budging. His shirt is wet from sweat, and this is awful.
He huffs.
Bobby, after getting done with a few pieces of paperwork, headed down the stairs to head out. He turns to the locker room and is met with a humorous sight.
Buck was being anchored down by Eddie, with Ravi and Chim pulling at the shirt. It doesn't budge.
"Seriously, guys?!" Buck says as he's yanking as well.
"If we pull any harder, it's going to rip!" Ravi says.
"I'm surprised it hadn't yet," Chim grunts.
Eddie, who settles Buck onto his lap without question, huffs. "Well, bud. You know what that means," the man says as he pats his back. "It's gotta come off one way or another."
"No!" Buck squirms, but Eddie wraps his arms around the man's waist to hold him still. "This isn't a work-related loss, they're gonna charge me!"
"Buck, I can barely get a finger in. That's gotta be cutting circulation off at this point with all the tugging we did," Chim says.
"What--" Hen says as she steps next to Bobby. She had been helping out B shift restock the paramedic unit since one of their paramedics was running late. "Pfffft---" She pulls out her phone and starts to laugh.
"Don't laugh, Hen!" Buck is nearly whining at this point. "It's starting to hurt!"
"Send me that, will you?" Bobby whispers to her. She snickers and nods. "Alright, someone get some scissors!"
Buck gasps. "Bobby!"
"Kid, I'm pretty sure you're gonna get some type of bruise. It's coming off. Don't worry about the uniform fee, I'll get it waived."
"Ugh, promise?"
"Yes. Hen?"
"On it!" she says, producing scissors out of nowhere.
