I really goofed on this month’s coaster, and it’s the first one to be late mailing to my sis. 😩 I lost the super cute coaster pattern I was tagged for ( @jrew72 ? @yaycrochet ?) so I just winged it. Then I grabbed the wrong color green for the last row which I did not notice until the backing was applied. 😭

11 hooked (kinda) and just 1 more to go! 🐌✉

My sis requested a seashell for June, and this nautilus shell pattern worked super-duper quick & easy for the task! (Bonus: the link is part of a series on freeform crochet.)

🌼 my sis received the denim-backed April coaster for her 12-month subscription. 🌼🤗

This one is probably the least functional to date because I got too enthused with the appearance. No worry - she liked it just fine. ❤🐌

☘ Here goes the denim-backed March coaster mailed for my sister’s 12-month coaster subscription. ☘🤗

With tons of pretty shamrock patterns out there, I could not find the ‘goldilocks’ shamrock to fit my 4" square template for the set SO I made up this one. Not too shabby considering I hooked it freelance while Hubs was in the shower. 😄 (AND yeah, I intentionally backed it ‘front’-side-down… front/back, right/wrong is all relative, yes?)

❤•💟 •❤ The denim-backed February coaster has been mailed for my sister’s annual coaster subscription.

I used this Scandinavian heart crochet pattern 🍃 just needed to reduce the pattern by one round to get a fit on my pre-cut denim square. (Oh, and the coaster ended a little thicker on the point due to the weaving, but I just thickened the top by weaving extra yarn in the heart… bumps [?].)

❤🍃🎄🍃❤ This denim-backed December coaster has been mailed for my sister’s annual coaster subscription.🎄 I fudged the center and then luckily stumbled across this ornament pattern (from my previous post) which I used for the last round. It worked like a charm! 😉

❤❄⛄❄❤ The denim-backed January coaster is in the mail to my sister for her annual coaster subscription.⛄❄ (She LUVS snowmen!)

I used this snowman applique pattern and increased the body by a couple rounds to get the size I needed followed by similar adjustments for the head. ⛄❄
