Someone from viewers asked me questions on “how to warm up and prepare for squats” So here is my own warm up routine.... 1. 20kg 10 reps 2. 50kg 5-8 reps 3. 70kg 3-5 reps 4. 90kg 3 reps 5. 110kg 1 rep Main set 6. 140kg 3reps Warm up is to prepare you for that particular workout mentality and physically.
