When I joined the Army when back in the day, my first job was 14R M6 Bradley Linebacker Crew Member.  The short explanation is that instead of the usual TOW anti-tank missiles, it had Stinger anti-air missiles.  While I was at Fort Bliss, Texas learning that job, I thought I should make a Koopa Troopa to reflect my job in the Army.  So I drew this Koopa ADA Troopa (Air Defense Artillery) with a Stinger.  Later I scanned and colored it in Paintbrush.  Just thought I would share.

Door* will finally get some hair, and I think the mermaidy blue will look great with the fuchsia lips.

Her rooting pattern is terrible.

And the fluffiness of the acrylic fiber will help hide it. This yarn feels wrong, though. It’s very scruffy instead of feeling smooth and soft. It might have been rolling around in a bin for a while.

Door got the dress @queenofsquids made, even though it’s not made to fit her.

*so named because she was literally found in a door frame by SoPo Cottage during a renovation and I had just read Neverwhere at the time.
