So this is the part of tonight's chapter of Pale where I made a fool of myself.
I wasn't sure if we were going to get payoff about Scott Martin's kid in this chapter (we do), so I took a moment to dash off to the wiki to refresh my memory. 2020 BHI class, Salvador Martin, Spider Breather.

Then I realized that I had ALSO forgotten about the spider breather. Wilbow drops such a massive amount of detail and world-building and spider breath into these chapters that slightly creepy Salvador P. Spiderbreathing-fucking-Martin doesn't merit a mental bookmark. I look down, clown shoes. I try to wipe my tears away but my hanky, like my sorrows, is neverending. Ridi, Pagliaccio.
