Just to lighten things up a bit, I cannot tell you how happy it makes me every time I see the Little Things 1D day video of Harry singing directly to Louis. It came up on my feed again recently and i just need to break it down. I outlined below. But this is on of my favorite "proofs" if that's what you want to call it. Everyone's reactions just let you on to the bigger picture.

It was obviously such a big F you to their people for not letting them have a segment. He basically said, "you cannot stop me, this is live and everyone is going to see it."

Louis clearly didn't know Harry was going to do it based on his reaction and you can tell, even though he was slightly uncomfortable, that his initial reaction was one of pure joy. To me this is Louis thoughts: "oh he is singing to me, omg, i love him, oh no this isn't going to be great but also i love it." And then towards the end, Louis pays him back by looking directly at him when he is singing a few of his last lines.

Zayn and Niall see it and are so uncomfortable. Zayn exchanges a look with Liam and then avoids eye contact with anyone else. But Niall... oh man, Niall does it for me. He is looking straight down at the ground the entire time he is singing and cannot wait for this situation to be over.

Liam and Louis are clearly awkward with their body movements and trying to distract from what is happening. And then when the song is over they immediately start talking to cut the tension in the air.

Anyway, i love it. Seems like you are getting a lot of negative things lately and that video makes me so happy.

I love you, anon. Thank you for this slice of happiness. SO MUCH was going on in that segment. I love how often Harry gave the label/management the finger, even though I'm sure Harry and Louis' battle was incredibly stressful for everyone.

I can't help but think of Zayn's regrets. Louis' pain after losing a brother a sister and mother back to back. Harry's reserved personality. Niall having been the last of the boys who saw him. And most of all I think of Liam. Liam's lost youth. Him losing the chance to get better. To finally make the album he felt was his best, and see his fans' reaction to it. Liam's son growing up without his daddy. Liam speding all his teenage years in hardship and never getting to heal from it. I think of his family.

I think of us. The fans. Each year, on 1D's anniversary, Liam was the only one who cared. He cared to post about it. Now for the first time ever, he's not around to be the only of the boys who remembers 1D anniversary
