Can anyone else see an AU happening with Ace when they read this quote or is just me?

 Picture it, the Whitebeard pirates win the war (everyone is alive but Whitebeard is injured and Marco is acting captain for now) and Ace is there with Luffy and Jinbei on Law’s ship. However, he doesn’t contact his family. The Whitebeards hear he’s fine from one of Law’s crewmates (the crew is already on Amazon Lily at this point). Of course, they’re rightfully confused as to why. Why hasn’t Ace contacted them or contacted Marco? Confusion turns to frustration when there’s still nothing from their brother until they hear that he’s gone. NOW there’s a panic...

The bottom line for the AU is that Ace is ashamed that everyone now knows his “dirty secret” and of course he thinks the best way to deal with this is by running away self-sacrificing spitfire needs love. Even though he knows it’s inevitable that he’ll have to face his demons...or until Marco drags his a** kicking and screaming if need be back to his family.

Might as well go all the way! Going off from my previous post about asking others I also decided to open up mine!

It can be anything One piece related (not just about Marco XD). Though anything rude or just plain mean will not be looked at flames have no effect on a Phoenix. This is new for me so I don't know if there's a "right way" to do this haha. It's an adventure!
