When it comes to the farmhouse, it too almost gets taken off auction when it doesn’t meet the reserve price but then a bidding war occurs between Chris and Ray and Ray comes out on top with a £350K bid. Katie listens and is empathetic with Andy about his killing Sarah because of what they went through with Strickland. They get back together. Jack worries what Ray will do with the property and blows up at the others speculating about it. Robert makes it clear to Andy that he’s gonna pay for everything he’s done, ‘and that’s a promise.’ The Sugdens get to finishing their packing as they are gonna move into the cottage the next day.

The day has come for Jack to auction the farm and it’s land and he airs his concerns what will come of it to Diane. Andy tries to get Katie back but she sees herself caught up in summat between him and Robert and wants none of it. Jack pays Chris a visit to see if he’ll be at the auction believing he’ll do the farmland good unlike others. Ray gets an earful from Viv and Bob about the auction. Pollard gives his politician speak as Seth puts it re: Jack’s land. Robert tells Katie why he hates Andy - because he killed his mum! Jack’s 172 acres of land is taken off auction since the reserve price was not reached. Gifs will be posted separately.
